We love the art of gelato- the slow churning, the silky texture, the joy in every scoop. But we thought…what if we gave it a little island spin? So we swapped the dairy for organic coconut and oat milk, stirred in some bold Caribbean flair, and turned tradition into something tropical. The result? A scoop that’s smooth and creamy and a little love letter to the Caribbean and beyond. Because respecting the craft, doesn’t mean you can’t dance to your own beat- Welcome to Apartment 305
Our name comes from an actual address in Brooklyn, New York. This address is significant, because it represented the start of a new beginning after my family migrated to the United States.
This new address cultivated new beginnings, and new opportunities. For us, the name means foundation, culture and belief.
Starting this business was out of a need to express ourselves creatively. While trying to find a way to incorporate our Caribbean 🇯🇲 culture into a handcrafted product, a light bulb went off and Apartment 305 was born.
Ice cream has always been a staple dessert in many cultures, so why not create a version that is vegan and inspired by the taste of the Caribbean.
What better way to enjoy this staple without any artificial flavoring or preservatives and all natural ingredients.
